new&old
more often than not, we forget the old once we have something/someone new.
it applies to people from all walks of life.
when a new friend comes along, we forget the old ones. the ones that sticked with us through thick and thin. the ones that never fails to be there when all else fails and all others turn their backs.
why is this so?
simply because humans are non-appreciative and take things and their loved ones for granted.
i often ask myself. have i been shunning an old friend away? forgotten to say thank you perhaps? or even ask how are you.
so here is to all those that has sticked by me
