Nuffnang Movie Contest!
Definitely the first part of the trailer that set the tone right! It definitely caught my attention! :)

I love the contrast drawn between the two main characters; Carl and Russell. Most obvious being the 70 years age difference, the way they are portrayed in terms of attire (Carl wearing dark, monotonous colours while Russell wearing bright, lively tones) and more importantly, their personalities. Russell is bubbling with childish humour and life while Carl is rather direct, plain and mostly, a bore on his own.
My particularly favourite part of the trailer and that which interests me most is the adventure they undertake together where it is even made more comedic given how different their characters are! It makes me want to watch the rest of the movie to see how they interact and solve the problems they face in their exploration. The other characters they eventually meet, such as Dug, the tropical bird adds to the spice of the already promising show. The fact that it is shown in 3D is even a greater pull factor! Despite reaching the end of my teenage years, I find myself very much looking forward to catching this movie in the cinemas.
As they say, laughter is the best medicine! :D
